Mission Statement

We, the 2023-2024 Caldwell FFA officer team make it our goal to lead our chapter into a path of success. We plan to lead by example throughout this year. We plan to always be purposeful, positive, and appropriate. Our officer team has high expectations for this year and we encourage our fellow members to strive to be the best individuals that they can be. We would like to serve our community whenever our presence is needed. Our goal is to be diligent in our tasks and to grow our chapter in size, respectability, and accomplishments.

Chapter President	Sophia Marshall	I am 15 years old and a sophomore at Caldwell High School. I am apart of the Caldwell's student government as well as the 2026 class president. This will be my fourth year in the Caldwell FFA. I am a multiple sport athlete playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. I also am in the Saddle Hands 4-H Club in Noble County. I am the 2023 - 2024 Noble County Jr. Fair Sr. Princess. I show market lambs and market goats through FFA and I show horses, cattle and dairy goats through 4-H showing at the Noble County Jr. Fair. I am a member of the Jr. Fairbaord too.
Chapter Vice President	Laney Johnson	I am 16 years old a sophomore at Caldwell High school. I have participated in FFA for 4 years, I was the 2022-2023 Reporter for the Caldwell FFA Officer team. I play basketball and show cattle and turkeys at the Noble County Fair. I am also a member of the Junior Fair Board.
Chapter Secretary	Molly Ackley	I am 16 years old and a sophomore in high school. I have participated in FFA for 4 years. I run track for Caldwell, and I show rabbits at the Noble County Fair.
Chapter Secretary	Sefera Workman	I am 15 years old and I am a freshman at Caldwell High School I am also in marching band I have been in FFA for 2 years.
Chapter Treasurer	Wyatt Clark	I am 14 years old and a freshman in high school. This will be my 3rd year in FFA. I also play baseball and basketball, and I show markets hogs at the Noble County Fair through FFA and I show cattle through 4H.
Chapter Sentinel	Gavin Archer	I,m Gavin Archer I'm 15 and a freshman I have showed cows , sheep and this year meat chickens I'm taking three Ag classes this I'm trying to eventually get my American degree I live and work on my family farm .
Chapter Reporter	Anna Saling	I am 15 years old and a sophomore at caldwell high school. I am in track, competition cheer and I show 3 species of animals. This is my 2nd year in FFA and I am involved in multiple clubs.

Growing Leaders - Career Success Chair: Carliessa Dimmerling	The main objective for this committee is to create kits for each CDE that have the necessary items to compete in the CDE in it.
Growing Leaders - Healthy Lifestyle Chair: Megan Lowe	The main objective for this committee is to host an activity that promotes healthy living at each Chapter meeting.
Growing Leaders - Leadership Chair: Remington Secrest	The main objective for this committee is to plan and execute events that promote leadership, such as lock in and leadership night.
Growing Leaders - Personal Growth Chair: Leighla Duffey	The main objective of this committee is to plan and execute the degree ceremonies for the year.
Growing Leaders - Scholarship Chair: Mckenna Sabol	The main objective of this committee is to recognize those students on the honor roll and invite speakers from various colleges and businesses to events.
Building Communities - Citizenship Chair: Aubrie Gray	The main goal of this committee is to put on the Easter Egg Roll and Adopt a Highway events.
Building Communities - Economic Development Chair: Willow Linger	The main objective of this committee is to work on community relations by sending out regular newsletters and hosting community wide events.

Building Communities - Human Resources Chair: Jaron Bates	The main objective of this committee is to run the Giving Tree event and the community garden.
Building Communities - Stakeholder Engagement Chair: Charles Gessel	The main objective of this committee is to build relations with the Noble County Farm Bureau.
Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Advocacy Chair: Karsey Chandler	The main objective of this committee is to advocate for agriculture and the FFA organization within our community.

Strengthening Agriculture - Chapter Recruitment Chair: Marlee Johnson	The main objective of this committee is to host the Food for America Recruitment Petting Zoo at CES.
Strengthening Agriculture - Safety Chair: Matthew Ackley	The main goal of this committee is to put on various events related to points. For example, they will plan the firearm safety session before our October meeting.
